台湾国内は送料無料でお届けいたします。
We offer free shipping within Taiwan.

出貨時間： 全商品皆為手工製作，訂單成立後請預留約 14 個工作天製作與處理。

We are committed to delivering high-quality handcrafted products and carefully inspecting each item before shipping. If you receive a defective product or an item different from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assist you with the return or exchange process.

- 商品需保持全新、未使用，並附完整包裝及配件。
返品商品は未使用・新品状態で、付属品やパッケージがすべて揃っている必要があります。
Returned items must be unused, in brand-new condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
- 海外訂單若非商品瑕疵或錯誤出貨，退換貨之來回運費需由買方自行負擔。
海外のお客様につきましては、商品に不良や誤発送がない場合、返品・交換にかかる送料はお客様のご負担となります。
For international orders, unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
